Role Summary
We’re hiring a proven inside sales representative (3+ years) with strong appliance knowledge to own the full sales cycle from the desk—prospecting, quoting, closing, and growing repeat accounts. You’ll work the phones, email, and CRM daily, convert inbound interest, run competitive bids, and coordinate smooth delivery with operations.
What You’ll Do
Prospect & Qualify: Call and email property managers, builders, developers, contractors, and designers to open new accounts.
Sell & Close: Present product options, availability, promotions, and warranties; negotiate and close with clear next steps.
Quote & Bid: Prepare multi-unit and project quotes, perform competitive price analyses, and manage approvals.
Pipeline & Follow-Up: Maintain a clean, current pipeline in CRM; drive disciplined follow-ups until a clear win/loss.
Account Growth: Convert one-off orders into repeat programs; upsell add-ons (installation, accessories, extended coverage).
Order Coordination: Partner with operations on ETAs, delivery windows, carrier notes, and issue resolution.
Product Expertise: Stay current on specs, model changes, promos, and lead times across major brands.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly activity and revenue reports with forecast accuracy.
Required Qualifications
3+ years inside sales experience (appliances, building products, or related B2B strongly preferred).
Demonstrated quota attainment and new-account wins.
Solid appliance category knowledge (fuel types, configurations, install basics, common SKU families).
Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), email, and spreadsheet quoting.
Clear, confident phone and email communication; professional written proposals.
Organized, persistent, and follow-up obsessed.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to B2C and B2B.
Familiarity with Shopify/Odoo/ERP, freight basics, white-glove delivery, and installation considerations.
Multi-unit project and bid experience (RFPs, VE, alternates).
