Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience selling premium appliances or luxury home products. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, preparing quotes, and building long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is a strong closer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys working with customers by phone and email, and is highly organized in managing pipelines and follow-up. Experience working with luxury appliances, builders, designers, dealers, and multi-unit projects is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert opportunities into closed sales.
Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, developers, contractors, dealers, and property managers.
Prepare and present product recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements.
Develop accurate quotes for retail, builder, and multi-unit projects.
Follow up consistently on open quotes and sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales.
Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
Upsell accessories, ventilation, installation services, delivery, and extended protection plans.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Stay current on product specifications, promotions, model updates, and luxury appliance trends.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, activity targets, and revenue objectives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline and sales reports.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of inside sales experience.
Experience selling appliances, kitchen products, luxury home products, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing customer accounts.
Strong phone sales, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience preparing quotes and proposals.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling luxury appliances or premium home products.
Experience working with builders, designers, developers, architects, contractors, and dealer networks.
Familiarity with white-glove delivery, installation coordination, freight logistics, and project scheduling.
Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of multi-unit developments, bid packages, and commercial projects.
