Third 3rd Roommate (Brooklyn)

Ideally a long-term lease and June 1st move in date.
There is one place in particular that is on our radar. A three bedroom in a brand new building in Brooklyn off of the Ralph Ave C line and Crown Heights/Utica Ave 3 and 4 train stops. A three bedroom for $3,000 a month so roughly a $1,000 each. A pretty nice deal considering the high cost of living in NYC.
If this place does not work out then other places within a similar price range are ideal.
Charlie works in Information Technology (IT), is queer, respectful, and clean. He loves being outdoors, at the beach, or at the nearest public library.
Emma works as a preschool teacher, she is queer, respectful and clean. She likes hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her gf, friends and dog.
Looking for a person with a sound cleaning philosophy, an open and honest communication style, who does not bring the party home but still knows how to have fun. Queer or queer friendly preferred. Both Charlie and Emma are sober so if you are too that is a plus.
Emma’s dog, Lulu will be over on weekends, so it’s important that you like dogs. (Lulu is a well trained, 35 lb, hypoallergenic poodle)
