I am seeking an LGBTQ+-friendly room to rent beginning August 1. I am not too picky on neighborhood as long as it's the right fit. The most important thing is that I'm close to a train because I work in lower Manhattan. I am willing to explore most areas in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
A little about me -- I'm a 37-year-old Paralegal who works at a law firm in the city. In my spare time, I'm usually with friends or taking long walks in one of this city's beautiful parks. I enjoy writing and relaxing at home watching TV. For the most part, I'm out of the home. I do work from home two days a week, but my job does not involve any meetings during my virtual days, so it's very quiet. I usually just stay in my room until the work day is over on those days. I am clean, kind, and respectful. I believe in open communication. Bills are always paid early.
I am a gay man and feel more comfortable living with someone who is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+-friendly. I am also 420 friendly, but I never smoke inside (I don't care if you do). Max budget is $1,300.
