Im helping to find a room for one of my tenants by this week in BK, with easy transit to the Brooklyn Navy Yard (preferably Bushwick area). He's an excellent tenant. Single working guy. Always pays on time. I'm closing on the sale of my house soon and his new place fell through at the last minute. He can pay $1100 per month comfortably, but no more than $1200. Thanks
