Room needed for about a week in exchange for spring cleaning (Manhattan)

I am a 54 year old female who lives in Washington, D.C., and need a very cheap room for about a week or more in New York. I am also happy to help you deep clean your house or apartment in exchange of a low rate. I am originally from the southern part of Africa. Ideally, I would like a place near a subway station. If you have a room available, I would love to hear from you! Alternatively, if you would like to venture out to DC for a few days, we can also swap my DC apartment with your New York one.
