Hey everyone we (Kaon and Naomi) are friends who are both moving to Brooklyn and looking for a third roommate to find a place with starting July 1st, of possibly mid June. Both of us do not have jobs in NYC but are each able to are guarantors, have substantial savings and will be aiming to get jobs after moving. We are shooting for under $1000 each. We are looking for places in Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, and Bed Stuy. Naomi has one cat so it will need to be a pet friendly apartment. Other aims in a place is to be close to a subway stop as neither of us will have cars. Below are attached some bios about each of us. Naomi:
I am moving from Oregon after having lived there my whole life to be closer to my partner who lives in Brooklyn. I am a communist and have been doing a variety of political activism for 10 years. Right now I am doing some labor organizing at a grocery store in Portland and am interested in trying to get involved with something like that when I move to Brooklyn. I am pretty active and enjoy a lot of different types of exercise and sports. Rock climbing, basketball, skate boarding, biking among others. I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes and try and do a lot of meal prepping. I have a tuxedo cat named Sid.

Hi, I’m Kaon! I am a recent college grad from a very small rural liberal arts college, so I’m very excited to move to NYC and investigate and take part in the organizing scene there. I like to crochet, watch movies, and learn about history (especially labor and revolutionary history!)
