One is a medical researcher in Manhattan and the other works for a company that tutors children and adults in essay-writing.
Our lease ends after July, and I'm going to be leaving the city. They need a third roommate for their apartment search for a new spot by August 1st.
Their budgets go up to $1500/month and they want to find a place in either Brooklyn, Queens, or somewhere uptown.
They are each very respectful and socially-aware people. Both are dating but neither live with their girlfriends, one of whom lives outside the city and the other will soon be starting graduate school in the city for film production.
Would you be interested in looking for apartments with them? The benefit is you can also be part of the apartment search, and find/pick a place you'd really like.
