Westhab is hiring Security Guards and Shift Supervisors for shelters in Queens and Brooklyn!
F02 Safety Security Officers- $19.65 per hour
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior security experience required
- Must have NYS Security Guard License and current 8-Hour Annual Certificate
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime if necessary
- Must be able to speak fluent English.
- F02 or willing to obtain.
F80 Shift Supervisors- $24.00 per hour
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years of Supervisor experience required.
- Must have NYS Security Guard License, Fire Guard License F80 Required.
- Must possess a general knowledge of security systems.
- Ability to solve problems; ability to make decisions based on factual information is a must.
- Knowledge of video surveillance and fire detection/alarm notification systems a must.
- Must be flexible on days and hours of availability.
- Must have shelter knowledge and be familiar with CARES and DHS shelter protocols
- Must be able to speak fluent English
Must have an updated resume reflecting your security and/or supervisor experience. Work is in shelters only. (Family, Men's and Women's shelters.)
