Ideal candidates must:
•be customer service oriented
•have the desire to interact with people positively and in support of Motivated’s core values
•like to work in environments where standing or walking for extended periods of time is required
•must be able to read, understand, and follow all standard operating procedures and instructions
•have above average computer skills to utilize innovative technology and database platforms
•agree to maintain our strict time and attendance standards
•comply with Motivated’s uniform and appearance standards, and maintain a professional appearance at all times while wearing our uniform, insignia, and attire
•be able to obtain a Security Officer/Guard License in New Jersey or New York dependent upon the state in which you work.
•have a reliable means of transportation
•speak, read, and write the English language
Job responsibilities include:
•exhibiting exceptional customer service skills while interacting with the public
•signing in/out visitors, guests, tenants, and deliveries
•standing and walking for at least eight (8) hours
•lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds
•working in various environments including conditions such as rain, cold, or heat
•maintaining a constant level of alertness and attention while working
