Rent: $1,400 per month
Sublease Term: Flexible 3 to 6+ months, starting ASAP
Your Room: Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors and a prime spot on the first floor, giving you a sense of your own space. It comes fully furnished, so you can move right in and feel at home.
The Apartment: Classic 3rd floor NYC Railroad style building, located in the heart of Bushwick at 11221 (between Suydam St and Central Ave).
All-Inclusive: Gas, electric, and internet are all covered in your rent! (Just a heads up, we'll share the cost of things like cleaning supplies and toilet paper).
Ideal Roommate: We're hoping to find someone who is reliable with payments, keeps things tidy and organized, and is respectful of our apartment's creative atmosphere.
Financials: We'll need a security deposit, last month's rent, and your first month's rent upon moving in.

Our apartment is in a prime location! You'll find three laundromats nearby, an amazing selection of restaurants, and the lovely Maria Hernandez Park just two blocks away. Getting around is a breeze with the M/L train stations (Central Ave/Jefferson St) close by, putting Manhattan just 20-30 minutes away.
