It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood on a dead-end street very close to all conveniences. (laundry/dry cleaning, Starbucks, Bally's gym, 24 hour pharmacies, 3 supermarkets within 2 blocks, post office. etc.) Very easy commute* to Manhattan, NYC. There are two other floors occupied in the house, but your apartment has a private door.
There is a pedestrian passageway which leads directly from our dead-end street to the PATH station making a very short commute (see photo of map)
Utilities (internet, gas, electric) are split evenly
