Apartment is near vibrant Flatbush Ave, Prospect Park, Botanic Gardens, Zoo, Brooklyn Museum, Saturday Green/Farmer's Market, Sunday Smorgasburg, and Central Library. Free Celebrate Brooklyn concerts in the park during summertime. Brand new Whole Foods-style grocery market and plenty of 24-hour natural foods. B/Q Trains run express and reliably into Manhattan, 20 min flat. 2/5 and S is also nearby. Avoid the hassle of the upcoming L train shutdown!
