Hello! I hope everything is going well in these crazy times.

We have a room available on 7th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We are hoping to get a person in there by September 1st.

The building itself is a family home converted into apartments. Our flat is on the top (3rd) Floor.

You'll have a decently spacious room enough for a bed, desk, and anything else you can set your mind to. And of course, a clothes closet.

There's also a living room that's free for all to use (obviously.)

We have a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, your usual bathroom, and a shared storage closet for anything you need to put away.

Also, we have roof access with a view of the city. On summer nights is pretty incredible. (pictured)

A note: and it's hard to explain (better for you to see in person): the two sides of the house are divided by a hallway (pictured).

Nearby in Park Slope: pretty much everything you could ask for! Key Food down the street, upstairs from a Bodega, Pet Supply Store, and Pizza Shop. A really great coffee shop across the street - along with a liquor store and Bank of America... not to mention 2 blocks away from 5th Avenue and everything that street has to offer.

Down the street from the B, Q, and 1, 2, 3 lines. 3 Blocks away from D, N, R and W.

An afternoon stroll away (about a mile) from the Barclays Center and the hustle and bustle of Downtown Brooklyn.

And literally a 6 minute walk away from Grand Army Plaza, and Prospect Park!

Here's the living situation.

Right now, it's me, I'm a 32 year old male News Producer in town. And the other is a 35 year old, who likes to keep to himself, but is very friendly whenever he comes out of his room. Also is one woman who is a Consultant. She's very active, cool, and personable. Long story short, we all like to mostly do our own thing but are super chill... and like to keep things easy-going.

We like to have the occasional guest, but a group of more than 3 people is rare, we go other places for that.

In total there will be 4 people living here... including you of course.

This is a sublet room. I am in control of the lease, and we usually sign on for a 6-month lease that will go month to month after it's over, depending what your plans are.

There will be a $1000 dollar deposit and first month's rent due on moving in.

If you think this is the spot for you, reach out and let me know! We look forward to hearing for you!

And, although I think this is a given, we would like to actually meet you before you sign on. Make sure the vibes are right. We're hoping to start giving tours immediately!

(Also no pets, sorry. And no smoking in the apartment... but there's always the roof!)
