Roommates here are always leaving space for YOU because they are super nice, clean, quiet, respectful, never cooks, always at work and barely at home🏡. So our living environment is always maintained very clean, peaceful, tidy, and friendly.
One room usually for one person, no couples, no pets, no smoking, and no alcohol drinking here. Let’s keep this quality home calm and respectful!:-)
(In case a couple needs this short stay, then the rent will be $200 more.)
If you do just need a short term from now up to 12/2025, then the rent will be the original rate of $1100 per month. So the long term stay gets a discounted rate of lower rent $960. Please know what suits you better before you contact me!:-)
Location:
Corner of 72nd St and 19th Ave in Brooklyn, NY
3 blocks from the D express train (71st St)
Also close to the N train (18th Ave/ 64th St) and multiple bus lines (B4, B6, B8, B9)
Just 30 minutes to Canal St, Manhattan and 42 minutes to Time Square.
The Apartment:
• Large, sunny 4-bedroom apartment with shining hardwood floors
• Super clean, bright, and spacious:-)
• Big windows everywhere—including the kitchen and bathroom
• Shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, windowed bathroom, dining area
• You have super nice roommates who are barely home to be in your way, so the home always stays simple, peaceful and tidy:-).
The Room (Available to move in on 9/28 or 10/1):
• $960 rent per month for LONG TERM up to 8/31/2026 + $100 fixed monthly utilities
(Please be informed that the utilities include gas and electricity, and do not include Internet. If you do wish to have a Wi-Fi here, there’s a $15 monthly WiFi fee, or feel free to set up your own Internet service. )
• A beautiful big room sized 12ft x 12ft with 3 big windows facing East and South, amazingly cheerful and filled with sunlight! Super beautiful and peaceful!:-)
• We are on the 2nd floor. No one bothers us on the top because we are on the top floor already! Enjoy the quality of resting and living here!:-)
• Airy, sunny, and very quiet—perfect for rest or focus
• You just need to bring in your own bed because this room is partially furnished with desk, chair, closet, book shelves… Or you can request for a completely unfurnished room if you wish to bring in your own furniture.
• Just happily settle in!:-)
The Neighborhood:
• Tree-lined streets, very safe and friendly:-)
• Groceries, restaurants, cafes, laundromats, banks, shops, subways, and parks are all nearby:-)
• Great for quiet resting, relaxing walks, and fresh air:-)
