I have one room available in my two bedroom apartment. Move-in is available for Jan 1st or Jam 15th. Apartment is located two blocks from the Bay Ridge Ave R stop.

The room is 12x10ft with two well-lit windows.
There is also a living room, kitchen and bathroom which would be shared, and one big closet in hall available just for your storage.
