Beautiful Prospect Park is right across the street--perfect for running, cycling, walking--fabulous in any season! Park Slope/local restaurants and cafes (many offering take-out or delivery) are a short walk away. Also near Brooklyn's amazing Botanic Garden, and Nostrand and Church Avenues shopping. Manhattan Beach is 20 minutes away by car.
Building faces Prospect Park, but apartment is at the back of the building, so almost no noise from traffic. Neighbors include an artist and writer--interesting, eclectic mix, quiet safe building. Large grocery store, corner stores, other shops, cafes and restaurants just steps away.
Non-smokers only--smoking OK outside, but not inside apartment. Ideal for someone looking for a clean calm place to come home to. I do have cats so best if a cat-friendly (and not allergic) person. Also, I am looking for one person only (i.e. not two to share the room).
