The room available is $1900 and is the primary bedroom. It includes a full, ensuite bathroom, its own balcony and a newish built in air conditioning unit. The room also has 2 large double closets. Please indicate your move-in date in email. Comes unfurnished.
Roommate is 1 woman in her 30s.
First month’s rent + 1 month of security is required to secure the room. You will also need to provide a paper copy of your govt issued photo ID + proof of income.
Rental price does not include utilities, which include internet, ConEd and National Grid.
