House values & guidelines:
We keep a clean, respectful space: our home is our sanctuary away from the city: no shoes inside, chores rotated, no dishes overnight, no wine/drinks on couch/carpet. No smoking cigarettes inside the apartment. Overnight guests welcome with notice. Just be considerate of noise and have respect for the shared home. Monthly check-ins help us stay grounded in communication.
