About the apt:
The room is quite spacious with some nice view and has a closet, it's also a pretty quiet neighborhood so you won't get bothered with an outside noise. There are two rooms separated with the bathroom but there's no living room. The apt is on the 4th walk-up (last floor) but no elevator sorry. Laundry is a block away. The building is in between F and B/Q trains and takes about 8-10 minute to walk there.
About me:
I'm in my early 30s male working as a webdev and most of my time spend in the office (m-f) which is in midtown so I'm barely home and come just to rest/sleep. I'm quiet and tidy and don't smoke (totally fine if you do just not in the apt) and I barely use kitchen so it'll be at your disposal. Don't have any pets.
About you:
Someone who's respectful, clean and quiet and ideally not a party person, has a fulltime job or in school. Cats are very welcome but no dogs sorry :(
