Available in our apartment is 1 room in a 3 bedroom semi-basement family home . We are 3 full-time employed roommates in our ages 21/35/40. Shared bathroom. Not shared kitchen or living room. The apartment always maintain cleaned. And own two cats.
Safe/quiet neighborhood. Ten minute walk to the J/A train.
Expectations: Looking for female Roomate. You're employed, respectful, clean up after yourself, non-smoker, don't bring the party home.
Costs: $700 a month. First month, security 700 deposit to move in, need good credit. Two references
