The Apartment:
This is the penthouse unit in a relatively new 4 story building. It's a 3 bedroom apartment. The unit has central AC and a great kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The common room comfortably fits a couch and tv and is a good hangout space.
The Room:
The available room comfortably fits a queen bed and has big operable windows with skyline views. The room also has a closet. Private Balcony
The Building:
We have a great apartment with access to tons of outdoor space that's super rare in the city, while being a half a block from all the bars, restaurants, and coffee shops on Franklin. We are a 4 minute walk from a subway station on the 2, 3, 4, 5 and S lines. In the building there are a lot of the nice to haves, with basement laundry and bike storage and indoor mail/package drop-off. Just outside of the unit is the shared roof deck with a grill and seating area thats good for hosting friends, but doesn't cause any noise issues- there are only 12 units in the building and everyone is respectful over the years we’ve been here. There is also an upper roof terrace that has great skyline views.
Roommates:
2 roommates 30s, males: one of us works in video production of educational content and the other in marketing.
Sublet: Nov 15th (flexible) - March 1st 2026 with opportunity to renew
