Available October 1 in one of NYC's most desirable neighborhoods. 3 short blocks from the Nassau G and 12 blocks from the Bedford L. Equidistant from McCarren and McGolrick parks. The place is huge, with two large common spaces and a full kitchen. We have a bunch of fun stuff, like a pizza place booth for a dining room table, a ton of amazing art, and an instant pot in the shape of R2D2. The room fits lots of furniture and has a closet and air conditioner. Currently furnished with a desk and a closet system, which can stay or be removed.

The windows in the apartment are also new with great soundproofing, and all the bedrooms are in the back, which is great for Brooklyn noise.

There is a tiny 4lb dog that lives in the space. She doesn’t make much noise (still training more) and stays in a separated space. Also a tortoise sometimes walking around.

This is a month-to-month tenancy, so short or long-term stays are welcome.
