$844 Room for Rent in Spacious Park Slope Apartment (South Slope)

The apartment features a large communal kitchen with abundant cabinet space, leading to a spacious shared living space, as well as a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. There is only one additional housing unit in the building and a grocery store on the ground floor. We are located in the southern end of Park Slope, steps away from the 15th St - Prospect Park F/G stop, as well as Prospect Park itself. Our neighborhood is beautiful and safe, with abundant options for groceries, restaurants, and bars nearby.
As for who you'd be moving in with, we are three women in our mid-twenties/mid-thirties, all of us working professionals and artists, who curate a friendly and laid back vibe for our apartment. It's important to us that we all get along, but we all have a healthy respect for each other's boundaries. There's also a friendly orange cat in residence; he belongs to one roommate in particular who's responsible for all of his messes and expenses, but he considers every member of the apartment his close, personal friend. (We're not looking to add any more pets to the apartment, however).
Our ideal roommate would be someone easy going, communicative, and willing to shoulder their share of the household chores and expenses. Speaking of, we maintain a weekly chore chart on the fridge, and split all utilities and basic household sundries four ways.
Rent for this room is $854 per month, and move-in requires one month's rent upon acceptance of the vacancy.
