We are in Bed-Stuy, off Fulton and Franklin, between the Nostrand A and Franklin C, there is also Shuttle train access and the B44 Select to Williamsburg. Large common area, high ceilings, lots of sunlight, and houseplants.
We are three easygoing roommates (2 female, 1 male) who are usually out working during the day and quiet during the evening though we sometimes have dinners/get-togethers. Looking for someone equally easygoing! Utilities are usually about 50/mo per person. We have 2 cats and probably wont be accepting anymore pets. There is laundry in the building, and a dishwasher in the unit.
