The room itself has a comfortable, hotel-style feel and can accommodate either a full-size bed with a small desk or a queen-size bed without a desk, depending on your setup.
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room, with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the building’s basement.
The neighborhood offers a variety of conveniences within walking distance, including grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, urgent care facilities, and other essential services.
About the roommates:
The current roommates are young profesionals in their 30s and late 20s, all respectful and easygoing, which has made this a great place to live the past 2 years.
Rental requirements:
The landlord requires a non-refundable $20 fee for a background check. If approved, you’ll need to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent. After that, you’ll be added to the lease.
You’ll be taking over my lease until February 2026, with the option to renew annually.
The room will be ready for move-in on October 1st.
