Your apartment would be on the ground floor, room is in the rear with 3 large windows facing the garden. You will hear the chickens in the morning. Private bathroom off your room, not shared with other roommates. The 2 roommates on this floor are very relaxed and CLEAN - must be tidy. Mid 30's yogi femme and mid 30's musician masc. Femme is preferred. There is a medium sized dog on this floor, Frankie. Good boy.
Laundry in basement. Room can come empty or if you are interested in the furniture we can talk. Queen size bed currently.
Perspective roommate needs to sign to 1 year lease and pass landlords income and credit check. They are actually good landlords, fix stuff timely and doesn't have issues with subletting. If you don't have consistent income than they will require guarantor. No pets, no couples.
