We are looking for a new roommate to welcome into our lovely four bedroom apartment right at the borders of Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, and downtown Brooklyn. The room is available on January 1, 2026 (yes, January). The rent is an amazing $1025/month for a private room in a huge Brooklyn apartment that includes a private outdoor patio.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
Eden works in finance, loves to travel, and enjoys hanging with friends. Patricia works several jobs, loves seeing shows, and has a green thumb (the garden is all her work!). Connie works in marketing, is obsessed with Peloton and running, and loves being outside
We generally do our own thing from working to hanging out with friends, but we keep things friendly and respectful when at home. We want the apartment to feel like a space where you can unwind and relax or have a casual chat with your roommates in the kitchen if you're up for it. While we are all women, we are open to having anyone as our roommate as long as it’s a good fit.
IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone who will be a chill roommate, is responsible and pays rent on time, and will maintain the peace in our apartment.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- 2nd floor of the building (only one flight of stairs)
- huge common area (one of the biggest NYC apartment spaces we’ve seen to date)
- open format living room + dining room + kitchen
- full kitchen with all the necessary pots/pans/cutlery + dishwasher
- large outdoor patio area with chairs (private to the apartment)
- pets & couples are not allowed, sorry!
ABOUT THE ROOM:
- private bedroom that is the quietest in the apartment
- has a small built-in closet
- spacious to fit a queen or full bed, desk, drawers, etc.
- share bathroom with two other roommates
- no window to the outdoors! That's the drawback about the room. The window (seen in photos) goes to the stairwell leading up to the apartment and brings in some natural light. There is only one other apartment in the building so there's barely any foot traffic but it's something to note.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- very close to Bergen F/G stop (one block away)
- super easy walk to the A/C/R, 4/5, and 2/3 trains
- laundromat one block away that is super nice and you can self-serve or do laundry drop off
- fantastic area with lots of: restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, gyms, and more
RENT:
- $1025 per month (utilities are not included and range from $50-100pp/month) + one month security deposit
- Dates negotiable (long term is preferred) with 1-month notice of departure required
