One of our awesome roomies is moving out of state with her fiancé so, a room is available on October 1st. This house has been home to all types of creatives and professionals but the most important thing is maintaining the space. Please do not apply if you tend to make messes and forget about them, leave dirty dishes, or lack overall consideration. Priority given to individuals in their late 20s - 30s.
We are looking for someone who enjoys community, but also does their own thing, works full time, responsible and clean. Our home is a place to recharge - NOT a party house. If you are spiritual, kind, respectful, self aware, and particularly clean and tidy, please step forward! You will need to provide proof of income and bank statements for approval.
October 1st Move in
- AC unit and central heat
- Huge street facing window
- Medium sized closet + room for a desk, dresser or wardrobe, and more
- Monthly rent + security deposit are $800 each
-2 Bath, 4 Bed duplex with a small dog, balcony, W/D in unit
