Unit has washer & dryer in unit, and dishwasher w/ shared living room and kitchen.

Room south facing with 2 windows (and fire escape) and is large with enough space for bed + desk. Large closet as well.

Rent is $1300 + Internet & utilities split equally 3 ways between roommates, Security deposit is one month's rent.

You would be living with 2 roommates who both work, are easy going & clean, male, and in ther mid 20s.

Lease goes until May 31st in 2026 so term would be 8 months with option to renew. Room opens end of September.
