Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment in Bushwick!

Dates: Feb 1 (may be flexible by a few days) - June 30 with option to renew

Room:
* $1650.75/month
* Largest in apartment (I fit a full sized bed, dresser, nightstand, & full length mirror comfortably)
* Private balcony
* Private en suite with deep tub
* Remote controlled AC/heat
* Floor to ceiling closet space

Roommates:
* 3 women in their mid 20s-30s (+1 adorable, very friendly rag doll cat)
* Quiet atmosphere, we keep to ourselves most of the time

Building:
* Laundry in basement
* Rooftop access
* J train @ Gates
* M train @ Knickerbocker
* B52, B60, B38 bus service

Criteria (final approval goes through management):
* Credit check
* Income 40x rent (guarantors welcome)
* $1600 security deposit
