The room available is $1500, unfurnished and shares a bathroom (located right next to room) with 1 person. Includes a built-in air conditioning unit and a large double closet.
Roommate is 1 woman in her 30s.
First month’s rent + 1 month of security is required to secure the room. You will also need to provide a paper copy of your govt issued photo ID + proof of income.
Rental price does not include utilities, which include internet, ConEd and National Grid.
