The apartment: big, pretty shared space on the ground floor, including living room, dining nook, kitchen with dishwasher and private backyard.
The bedroom: down a private set of stairs is the basement bedroom, with built-in bookshelves and a large closet. Currently furnished with a queen bed and dresser which you would be free to keep or discard.
The roommates: I’m a 30 y/o woman, friendly, polite, respectful, and clean. My dog is a 50 pound border collie mix, very sweet, a bit shy at first
