Hey everyone! The huge bedroom in my apartment is opening up for October first. The apartment is located nearby the L, J, A/C, so lots of trains, top floor of the apartment building, so no early morning vacuuming going on above you, and we're a stable and calm apartment. Myself, and the other roommate, are both in our 30s. I would just like to find a stable, mature roommate to move in. All genders welcome, and even couples, though for couples the rent would be 1250 (couples have lived in there before). The room is truly huge too, with built in closets, draws and two windows with a pretty enjoyable view if I do say so myself. Pictures show furniture in the room, but it will be empty when you move in.

Longer term renters are preferred.

I also have a good relationship with the building management/landlord, so issues that happen get addressed and fixed quickly, which I know is very rare with other situations.

Rent includes all utilities, electricity, internet/cable, all that stuff, and even hulu, HBOmax, netflix and some other streaming services too, all included in the rent price mentioned above.

Dogs and Cats welcome, though its $25 more on the rent if you have a dog.

I have a flexible schedule to be able to show the room and apartment too.

Simple, once you decided you want the room and we agree, you give the security deposit (months rent), so i stop showing the room to others, then on the 1st you pay your first month rent. Simple and such.
