A room is opening up in our Greenpoint apartment!
3 bed, 1 bath, with two other roommates. Rent is $1,300. Electric, gas, and Internet average an additional $70 a month. The potential roommate would be signing the yearlong lease with us.
About the room/apartment:
--Around 8x10 with closet and window to street-facing balcony.
--Second floor walk-up.
--Full living room and kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave.
--Washer and dryer in basement.
--Room for one more bike in the apartment (we have storage on the living room wall).
--Living and kitchen areas are furnished, but room will be unfurnished.
Neighborhood:
--About 10-15 minutes away from G and 7 train.
--Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars.
--Two public parks within five-minute walk.
--Laundromat around the corner, ~2 blocks away.
--Grocery store ~2 blocks away. Trader Joe's is about a 20-minute walk away.
About us:
--34F. I was born in the Philippines and grew up in NYC. I work in book publishing.
--20F. She's a full-time college student and she works part-time at a bakery. She's out and about a lot.
We're looking for someone clean, considerate, and quiet.
