Looking for a person to take over my sublet. Below are all details. Please reach out with any questions or with a time to see the room. I work from home and can show any time.
Room itself: the room is 13.5' x 10' - will fit a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, and still have space. Has daylight coming from a window and ample closet space. The apartment is within an 11-apartment building, residential street just 2 blocks from Eastern Parkway.
Furnished or NOT: Can be offered furnished or not. If furnished, included are: bed frame and mattress, bookcase, night table, dresser, and three-shelf wire shelving unit.
Neighborhood: The apartment is near the corner of Nostrand Av. and Saint Johns Pl (2 blocks from Eastern Parkway). A bunch of eateries and retail stores are within a 5-min walk. There are 6 subway lines and SBS buses nearby; within a five-minute walk: 2 and 3 trains, within a twelve-min walk: A, C, 4, 5. Around the corner from plenty of eateries and commercial strip of Nostrand Av.
Roommates: Two full-time employed, drama-free, quiet folks in their 20's/30's. The apartment works well - all have separate schedules (1 bathroom works!). Note there is a kitty in the apartment.
Looking for someone who can commit to staying for at least 6 months (ideally, for the longer - long-termers are welcome).
Available in mid-January or end of January.
