$950 December 1st Sublet in Bedstuy Brownstone with Community Fridge (Bedford-Stuyvesant)

We're subletting a room in the top floor of our brownstone in Bedstuy. We have the entire brownstone; 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens spread across the home. Your room would be on the top floor, sharing a bathroom with two people and a beautiful galley kitchen (pictured) with three people. The floor also has an enormous, sun-drenched living room filled with plants. The room (pictured) comfortably fits a full bed with room for furniture, and there are also closets in the living room you'd be welcome to share. The house has a washer/dryer on the ground floor, as well as a large backyard that's free for all roommates to use!
The house operates a community fridge, filled with groceries and prepared food free for anyone in the community to enjoy. This means deliveries of food come through the house at various times during the week. It also means there is a ton of free food available to those living here! Participating in the labor for the fridge is not at all a requirement for anyone living here, but you definitely should if you're interested as it's a great way to embed yourself in the community.
At the moment we're primarily looking for a 1-2 month sublet for the room. This is because I am moving out quite last minute, and we're urgently looking for someone to fill the room on December 1st. There may be an opportunity to extend your stay at the end of the sublet, but we don't necessarily want to promise that at the moment! As such this would be great for someone just moving to NYC, or visiting short term.
The rent for the room is $950 a month and that includes all utilities! As mentioned we're really looking to fill the room December 1st, so please reach out immediately if you're interested :)
