Hey! Looking for someone who wants to rent the middle room in my railroad apartment on Manhattan and Greenpoint starting in September on a month-to-month basis. I have a mini kitchen on my side of the apartment (which is two large rooms) so it’s basically a private apartment except that I occasionally come in to use the bathroom and fry an egg. $1600 plus utilities. There are two entrances, so your room is fully private, but your room has a curtain separating it from the kitchen. In the pics, the open room is the one with the couch!
