Creative people such as various kinds of artists, youtubers,
music creators of any type preferred. If you decide to use the space for yourself or just to store something like a guitar or some other creative stuff you want to come by and use sometimes. That is fine with me. The space is available for 8 hours per day, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 7pm only.
You will have access to a living room on weekends where you can sit at a table and work on things, watch tv, play music and more. You will also have access to a kitchen to cook or store food in a refrigerator when working and you can
buy things at local stores nearby. This can be a long term arrangement if desired. About me, i create all kinds of art, and i am also working on creating music, music videos, and more, and i enjoy bike riding and travelling all over the city in all boroughs. I also would like to eventually have a creative business partner to help me with
creative ideas. Also if you have a cat or dog that you would like to bring by to have around with you while you work on the weekends. You are welcome to do that just as long as your pet is friendly and you have everything you need for your pet. I am home on weekends, but I will
be in a separate room mainly throughout the weekend unless you would like my help with something and then its totally fine to ask me for help. No problem. Any questions you have, don't hesitate to ask. Calling and Texting is fine.
