$1150 per month all utilities included for one bedroom 9feet by 8 ft 10 inch (slightly bigger room of the two)
$1100 for the other room 8 feet 4inch by 8 feet 10 inch all utilities include as well… in a three bedroom apartment in Bushwick.
Move in date is November 1st. I am flexible on length of stay but would prefer it to be for at least six months. With the option of staying longer. I will need one months rent. Rent is due at the end of each month) and one month security for the full amount ($1150 or $1100). No other fees.
* This is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 and a half baths and a small spare room.
You will share one full bathroom with just one other roommate (I have my own private bathroom) and there is another half bath on the floor with the kitchen and living room

* Bedrooms can comfortably fit a full sized bed (included in photos are photos of currently available rooms $1150 (white room) $1100 (green room)
* We have private rooftop access via a ladder in our hallway amazing views of the city.

A little about me. I work for the post office as a mail carrier and am gone most of the day 5 to 6 days a week. I tend to keep to myself and like to keep our common area neat. I have a social life but I don't have people over often. I'd love someone who respects common spaces, cleanliness and who is more into having a dinner party than a rager.
