A huge shared living room overlooking 5th Ave and downtown Brooklyn. Huge kitchen and bathroom are also super bright with new fixtures including a full size fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven. WIFI and all utilities are included. No laundry in the building, but a clean laundromat 1 block away.
Location: Park Slope is a super charming and neighborhood with beautiful brownstones, trees, and borders Prospect Park and Gowanus. The apartment is on 5th Ave in Center slope, which is definitely more lively, and less residential than other parts of the neighborhood, but not at all loud at night. There are tons of restaurants and bars nearby, including some cool breweries and bars in Gowanus. In the spring and summer they close down 5th Avenue on the weekend for pedestrians, outdoor dining, and music. The Park Slope Food Coop, Whole Foods, Food Town, Associated, and a local farmer's market on Sundays are all nearby.
