Utilities are included in the price. There is WiFi, but no cable TV. The room is in the back, and the windows face the backyard. The apartment itself is spacious with natural light in the kitchen. You would have your own cabinet in the kitchen, designated space in the fridge, and there's room for kitchenware if you bring some. We have a gas stove and a microwave. Would require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
You would have two roommates, one male and one female, both mid-30's. We also have a short-haired cat. We are both quiet, respectful, and friendly.
