I am offering a cozy room in a 3 bedroom apartment located in Bed Stuy, 10 min walk from the G - Myrtle Willoughby stop and 3 min walk to Herbert Von King Park. You will be sharing the living room and bathroom with me - I am in my late 30s and work full-time in Manhattan. I am looking for a responsible and clean roommate preferably in their 30s (no couples, please don't ask), this room will be available for the remainder of my lease until April 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move in just with a bed, maybe a small desk and your clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked and we will share that as well. It is a first floor walkup, easy one flight of stairs. The room has a big window and gets tons of light. I will send more pictures of the apartment as requested. Initial payment will be first month $600 plus a $600 deposit, rent includes Internet, cleaning supplies and all utilities.
