Moving out of my apartment which has been great for me for the past three or so years. The apartment is close to the Utica A and Gates J stops, nearby to restaurants like L'Antagoniste, Trad Room, and walking distance to bars like Frog and Dick and Jane's. The unit is also subject to the Good Cause Eviction Laws so the landlord is always required to renew your lease and is limited in how much they can increase your rent. In real life, I'm a tenant's attorney so happy to discuss what all that means too!
The apartment is spacious, plenty of room for a Queen sized bed in the bedroom, set up for Verizon Fios, and gets sunlight in the living room. The building has 8 units, 4 floors, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and laundry is also on the 3rd floor so it's convenient, free, easy, and frequently unused. Central air in the unit along with a virtual doorman for buzzing people in, a responsive super, roof access, etc.

The landlord will want to see proof of employment, last two paystubs/income of 40x rent, last two bank statements, last year's taxes, and a credit score of 500+.
