Do you have an open warehouse space or studio? Do you dream of having cool, lovely, light energy in there on NYE?

Having my 30th / NYE party and want to rent a warehouse space or studio space that would let me host ~60 people and play music until 3 or 4am. I have some video art I want to project on the walls as well. Will be respectful and caring of the space!

I can also hire security if needed! My budget is ~600 for the night if possible but flexible x
