indefinite private place ground floor walk-in etc. urgently sought (lower NYS etc.)

Hi, I am a displaced indigenous disabled Judeo Christian in NYC relocating to lower NYS etc..

A US born citizen with a valid Passport Photo ID Card, etc.; not an illegal migrant or refugee.

A court certified Social Security SSDI disability fixed income Medicare /Advantage recipient.

Since I got hit by a car back in late 2019, requiring therapy, I have stairs -n- step constraints.

I can't go back to extended stay motels /hotels due to change in NYC law; 30-day stay limit.

A $100. a night stay at daily fluctuating rates is $3k a month; 38% more than I get monthly.


Please read through the criteria and omit what does not apply to your specific property....


Property owners, real estate agents, landlords, managing firms, no fee brokers, all others.

With a vacant dwelling in select areas to Dutchess County for easement, sale or sub-rent.

Utilities-only easement or non-dilapidated unit set up to dwell in indefinitely; no zombie.

(dilapidated: in great disrepair, requiring major work on infrastructure, exterior, interior)

Orgs, agencies, others that can help with a temp private 'unit' till I get a place described.

(if temp, it must be private, with its own hygiene, cooking means, entrance and all else)


A private uni-level dwelling, or a single to multi-story unit, or other ground floor walk-in.

A log cabin, cottage, house, retrofitted suite, loft (artist' warehouse), studio, 1bdr, other.

Furnished or not, with a (full) kitchen, bathroom, basic amenities, appliances and more.

With utilities or off grid retrofit (power, water) for eas, sale or sub-rent on owner's land.

Detached isolated secluded from adjoining property, with main entrance to the outside.

On an acre of land away from roads; to be used as a domicile for Class B+C motorhome.

In rural or other areas, along Metro train lines; by large water source West of the place.

Comprising of working-class Christians, Jews, Gentile, clientele; Judeo, other resources.

Critical due diligence stats: for area, upkeep, financial, supplies, incident, crime, others.


Dwelling must be vacant and in 'ready to move in' condition, for immediate occupancy.

On a gated lot; no HOA, local ordinances, municipality restrictions (area, zone specific).

In-house alternative financing offered; downpayment to $8k/$600. a month, or rented.

Or lease-ownership (no mortgage, loan), with 'monthly payment assistance' as offered.

Yearly SSA "COLA" adjustments; no guarantor or cosigner; property insurance optional.

Bank Certified Check, ACH, or Portal accepted for monthly payments; no wire transfers.

No unpaid mortgage, loans, liens (abatement, property tax ok); $ must be below $10k!

Due to mandatory '$10k withdrawal limit ACT' to avoid the bank reporting it to the IRS.


If rental, no MRA (voucher), waiting list (I'm on, no interview yet) or credit; debit only!

Sub-lease or PHV, MPA, or RPA offered at or post signing by issuing body are accepted.

Addendum must accompany (eas, sale, or) rental lease, for the dwelling being offered.

(required clauses for addendum available by request to the offeror only as applicable)

If sub-rental: no rental lease, addendum, security deposit etc. rent paid to "landlord."

(the landlord leases the place to the 'landlord' who sub-leases the unit to 'occupant')

If multi-level, must have at least two fully operational elevator banks (backup power).

With proven impeccable overhaul, maintenance, operating, and repair record posted.


Gated Ok. No share, partial SRO, community, lifestyle, senior citizen, elderly, 55+ etc..

No ^30% AMI, affordable, modern/ized, smart AI, lavish luxury, in-building amenities.

US Gov, HUD, USDA (subsidized, stabilized,) controlled, not on waiting list or voucher.

Scattered Housing for displaced, court certified disabled, SSDI Medicare recipient Ok.

Congregational or Scattered Housing etc. on a "NON-Supportive Housing" basis only!

No substance abuse, jail, HIV Aids, mental issue, public assistance, HRA, HHA, others.

(^ Medicaid, EBT, SNAP, OSD, HC (/ S8), EVH vouchers, or programs for the homeless)

No (on site) supportive, assisted, ind-living, monitored (periodic visits) or dis-friendly.

(^ adapted for the handicap, vision, hearing, motor impaired, wheelchair, or scooter)


I have redacted documents and initial out-of-pocket-payment to get a place-n-move in!
