We are looking for a creative, dependable, and design-driven Floral Design Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. MUST HAVE FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
This role is perfect for someone who has a strong artistic eye and enjoys creating florals that feel eclectic, expressive, and thoughtfully designed—while still maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- MUST have prior floral design experience (shop or event work preferred)
- Ability to create arrangements with attention to detail and good design sense
- Comfortable processing flowers and maintaining floral inventory
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays and events
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily floral design and arrangement production
- Process and condition flowers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with event prep and breakdown when needed
- Support daily shop operations as needed
Schedule:
Part-time - (including some weekends and holidays during busier seasons)
