We are hiring a full-time Driver / Sales Associate for a licensed cannabis retail operation.
This is a high-responsibility role that combines driving, customer service, and in-store support. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things correctly every time.
This is NOT a casual or flexible side job. We are looking for someone who wants stable, long-term work and can be trusted with responsibility and ideally, would like to move into delivery or dispensary management.
What You’ll Do
Safely complete deliveries and transport inventory
Assist customers and support budtenders on the sales floor
Follow all compliance, safety, and store procedures without exception
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in-store
Support daily operations wherever needed
Requirements (Strict)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (will be verified)
Professional work references required (will be contacted)
Proven reliability and punctuality (this is critical)
Comfortable with both driving and customer-facing work
Able to follow procedures and handle responsibility without supervision
Full-time availability, including nights and weekends
Preferred
Prior delivery or driving experience
Retail or customer service experience
Spanish speaking a plus
