ADMIN/OFFICE Assist/Receptionist Position Wanted Immediate Start (Brooklyn Lower Manhattan)

Seeking Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or Office Assistant position in Brooklyn, NY. Willing to travel to Lower Manhattan.

My background is Financial Services in an administrative and client focused role. A large part of my job was speaking with clients in person and phone, constant client contact. The remainder was making/confirming appointments, opening accounts, processing documentation, account maintenance, enter data into various computer programs, follow up on requests and all matters.

I have many years of office and customer service experience. Organized, detail oriented, multi-tasking. I enjoy speaking with people and assisting them. Can transition my office skills to a majority of businesses. I am willing to be trained, learn your procedures, computer software. I take direction well along with taking initiative.

I am a mature, genuine, responsible, compassionate easy going person that has a strong work ethic and actually enjoys working.

Full-time, normal business hours, 9-5, 10-6 as an example. $20-$25 per hour. Can start immediately.
