We love it - so much community and support. Everyone really uses the local playgrounds, parks, pools, library etc. so it's easy for kids and their parents to make and sustain friendships because you see the same people all the time. The local elementary schools all have good reputations.

GREENPOINT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
New York Liberty - An $80 million practice facility on the waterfront in Greenpoint. The 75,000-square-foot facility, funded entirely by the team’s ownership, is expected to open in 2027. Renderings of the new facility, which will sit on Newtown Creek, show a glass exterior on the water and an outdoor court decked out in the team’s seafoam green. On top of the building is an outdoor dining area for the team and grassy areas along the water.

Greenpoint Central - 65-75 Dupont is a seven and eight story mixed-use building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn developed by Madison Realty Capital. The 400,000-square-foot structure will yield 471 residences, 143 of which will be designated as affordable housing, as well as 189 on-site parking spaces and a grocery store.
